  Design of governance structures, policies, and oversight mechanisms aligned to global expectations (e.g. model risk management, EU AI Act principles). We define ownership, accountability, and escalation pathways across the three lines.

  Embedding AI and models into day-to-day compliance operations — from onboarding to monitoring and investigations. We ensure outputs are usable, trusted, and supported by human oversight where it matters most.
