​Commercial terms

• All fees are standard list prices in GBP, exclusive of VAT and of travel and accommodation, billed at cost.
• Available in EUR or USD on request (VRS is headquartered in Braga, Portugal, and delivers globally, including the UK, EU and Middle East).
• Fixed-fee packages cover the defined scope; work beyond scope is billed at the day rates above.
• Standard payment terms: 50% on engagement, 50% on delivery; retainers billed monthly in advance.
• The toolkits, frameworks and templates remain the intellectual property of  Modernising Compliance™. Clients receive a licence to use them within their own organisation; resale or redistribution is excluded and available only under a separate licensing agreement.
